Always Homemade... Always Fresh.

Everyday we hand make all of our soups from family recipes. We take pride in making distinguishable hearty soups, because that is what our customers liked. We are always adding new ones to the mix, and we rarely follow a schedule.

Daily

French Onion is served daily, after all it is the perfect combination with the French Canadian Dip! The last Friday of the month we serve up Dave's Old Beach Lobster Bisque - made with fresh lobster - if you like lobster, you'll love this soup! It is only served the last Friday of the month, so come in early because it usually sells out!

Summer Soups

During the summer, we serve up a collection of cold soups like Gazpacho, Potato Leek, Cool Cumber, Melon Mint, Watermelon, and many more.

Winter Soups

Backhome 4 Bean Chili, topped with cheddar cheese is served up daily. Almost as frequently, our Loaded Baked Potato. Then, depending on the temperature and what sounds good, we serve up at least one daily soup. These include Sweet Potato, Celery, Chicken Noodle, Beef Barely, Chicken and Biscuits, Cream of Mushroom, Turkey Tortilla ... just to name a few. Call us and see what we are serving up today.

Soups can be substituted for your side for $1.25 with any of our sandwiches, or can be purchased for $2.75 for a cup or $4.75 for a bowl. Soups also available by the Quart.
